TheraMatch is a decentralized, peer-to-peer network that enables therapists and patients to connect directly and arrange services independently—without intermediaries, without centralized control, and without institutional restrictions. It is not a company, a traditional matchmaking service, or a platform with legal responsibility. I, Serena, am not a contracting party and assume no liability for any agreements or transactions made within this community. Every individual acts entirely at their own responsibility. All agreements, treatments, and payments are made at the sole risk of the parties involved. There is no central authority overseeing transactions, offering mediation, or ensuring quality control. Therapists decide for themselves what services they offer, under what conditions they work, and whether they want to collaborate with a patient. Likewise, patients are responsible for verifying the qualifications and competence of a therapist before engaging in any treatment. TheraMatch does not issue certificates or verify professional credentials. Payments are made directly between the parties and may be conducted in Bitcoin or any other agreed-upon method. Since TheraMatch has no central administration, it does not provide invoicing, bookkeeping, or tax support. Each individual is responsible for understanding and complying with their local tax and legal obligations. There are no refunds, no safety net provided by a central authority, and no dispute resolution system in place. By using this model, every participant accepts full personal responsibility for their financial transactions. This community is built on trust and the voluntary decision to explore new ways within the healthcare industry. Every member of this group agrees to the core principles of peer-to-peer interaction: direct communication, fair agreements, and respectful collaboration. Spam, fraud, or violations of these principles will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the group. TheraMatch is an evolving project, and its rules, structures, and opportunities will continue to develop over time. Anyone who does not align with this philosophy or seeks traditional protections is free to disengage at any time. Innovation does not come from waiting for permission but from taking bold steps forward. Uber did not ask the taxi industry for approval, Amazon did not seek permission from retail stores, Airbnb did not consult the hotel sector, and Bitcoin did not request acceptance from banks. TheraMatch will not ask the healthcare system for permission—it simply offers an alternative. Those who seek independence in healthcare are welcome here. Those who prefer traditional structures are free to remain within them. But one thing is clear: The future belongs to those who actively create it.
